After a lot of researching with (Actually he did almost all the work...), we have reached a verdict.

This is probably fake.

Why?
There are many evidences, look:
1- They tricked everyone by putting a Patent sign ( ℗ ) before "Bagdasarian Productions, LLC" instead of a Copyright Sign ( © ). Making everything look like official stuff.
2 - On the cover art, they also didn't put a Copyright Sign, they just put a C between parenthesis.
3 - The instrumental pitch is untouched from the original.
4 - Again on the cover art, the color of their eyes is correct. And the last time they did an official artwork (The Chipette Diaries) they got it "wrong" (used CGI eye color instead of cartoon).
5 - There's no Recording Company on the song's metadata (tags).
6 - Anyone can sell songs on iTunes instantly, by joining third-party companies which allow you to put any Label Name.

This is 99.9% fake.
